Kitchen Grease Cleaner

I do a full kitchen deep clean every Sunday. Adding this to the routine cut the stove and hood portion from about 40 minutes down to maybe 10. Not a glamorous product, just genuinely useful. Already ordered a second bottle to have a backup.

My first attempt I sprayed and wiped immediately and it barely did anything. Realized you are supposed to let it sit for several minutes so it can break down the grease. Second attempt with a 10 minute dwell time was a totally different result. Take the time to read the label, the product does work.

The microwave had a week of pasta sauce explosions baked onto the ceiling. Heated a cup of water in it for two minutes to steam up the inside, then sprayed this, let it sit, and the food bits wiped off with almost no effort. Definitely recommend the steam trick first, the cleaner does the rest.

I used to keep a separate degreaser for the stove and a separate all purpose cleaner for the rest of the kitchen. This one handles both jobs, so I cleared out the half empty bottles under the sink. No more clutter, one product, several uses. Big fan.

I tried it on my induction cooktop and it left a cloudy residue no matter how well I wiped it off. Switched back to my usual cooktop cleaner and the glass was clear again. The product is probably fine for painted cabinets or backsplashes, but for glass cooktops I would not recommend it. 2 stars because it did not work for the main surface I bought it for.

I have a stainless steel chimney hood and fingerprints plus cooking grease had made it look dull. Sprayed this on, wiped in the direction of the grain with a microfiber, and it came back to a uniform shine. No streaking. Did not pit or discolor the steel. A little goes a long way too.

The window on my oven had built up grease on the inside to the point I could not see through it during baking. Pulled the racks out, sprayed the door, waited 20 minutes, wiped with a microfiber cloth. Came out clear. The interior of the oven itself still needs a separate deep clean but the door was the worst part and that is sorted now.

Product works, I will give it that. My one complaint is the chemical smell is strong. I wore a mask and had the kitchen window open the whole time. If you are sensitive to strong cleaners, this is not the one for you. Otherwise, on grease cutting power alone, 4 stars because of the fumes.

The wood cabinet faces right above my range had years of cooking oil mist on them. The wood was starting to look almost yellow. I sprayed this onto a cloth and wiped the doors down, they came back to the original color. Was careful not to soak the wood and it did not leave streaks. Big visual improvement for almost no effort.

I have a glass cooktop and one of the burners had a thick ring of burnt on oil that regular cooktop cleaner could not touch. This product loosened it after about 15 minutes of dwell time. I had to scrub a little but it came off without damaging the glass. Smell is strong but not unbearable with the window open.

I cook almost every night and the splatter on the tile backsplash used to take real scrubbing. Two sprays of this, wait a few minutes, wipe with a damp cloth and it is gone. The fan on the hood catches most of the grease but the tiles around it still get hit. This is now a weekly wipe down instead of a weekend project.

I had not properly cleaned the range hood in probably two years. The filter was a thick layer of brown grease. Sprayed this on, let it sit for ten minutes, wiped with a paper towel, and the metal came back to a near original finish. Took a second pass for the thickest areas. Way easier than the homemade baking soda paste I used to do.
